About Pocket
At Pocket, we’re building the future of human memory.
Some of the most valuable information in our lives disappears when a conversation ends: an idea, a decision, a detail we wish we could remember. Pocket helps us hold onto it.
We’ve built an AI-powered device that captures real-world conversations and turns them into searchable transcripts, summaries and next steps. Backed by Accel and Y Combinator (W26), we’ve already sold 500,000 devices.
Our ambition goes beyond recording. We believe the things you learn, discuss and experience can become useful context for the AI tools you already use, and for products that don’t exist yet.
About the Role
For many people, their first experience of Pocket is an ad, a landing page or a product launch. You’ll help make those moments clear, distinctive and worth paying attention to.
This is a hands-on visual design role across campaigns, web, social and brand. You’ll create work of your own and support our existing designers on active projects, working with growth, marketing and product. You don’t need to know every tool on day one. You do need strong fundamentals, a good eye and the ability to turn feedback into better work.
What You’ll Own
Visual assets for paid advertising, social, email, websites and marketing campaigns.
Creative concepts and iterations that help people understand Pocket and take the next step.
Landing-page visuals, launch materials, presentations and brand assets.
A consistent visual identity across channels, formats, markets and audiences.
Support for the design team’s active projects and overflow work, with organized files and reusable assets.
Lightweight video, motion or animated assets where relevant to the brief.
What We’re Looking For
A strong portfolio showing visual taste, craft and attention to detail.
Strong Figma skills and a sound understanding of typography, layout, color, composition and brand systems.
Experience making advertising, marketing or social creative.
The ability to produce polished work quickly, take direction and iterate constructively.
Good organization and communication across several projects, with curiosity about unfamiliar tools and changing priorities.
Bonus Points
Shopify or ecommerce creative; landing pages; Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools; video or motion; HTML/CSS or basic JavaScript; or experience with consumer technology, DTC, apps or hardware.
