About Pocket
At Pocket, we’re building the future of human memory.
Some of the most valuable information in our lives disappears when a conversation ends: an idea, a decision, a detail we wish we could remember. Pocket helps us hold onto it.
We’ve built an AI-powered device that captures real-world conversations and turns them into searchable transcripts, summaries and next steps. Backed by Accel and Y Combinator (W26), we’ve already sold 500,000 devices.
Our ambition goes beyond recording. We believe the things you learn, discuss and experience can become useful context for the AI tools you already use, and for products that don’t exist yet.
About the Role
People buy Pocket for themselves, use it at work and start asking for it across their teams. You’ll help us reach the businesses that haven’t asked yet.
As our first B2B marketer, you’ll work out which channels bring in teams that buy, then run and improve those channels yourself. You’ll have an experienced D2C marketing team to learn from and collaborate with, but the B2B playbook is yours to build. Expect to write the copy, launch the campaign, build the page and read the numbers.
What You’ll Own
The B2B website, team and pricing pages, profession-specific landing pages and the path to talking with sales.
Paid acquisition across relevant channels, including Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
Content and SEO that help business buyers understand and compare Pocket.
Customer evidence: case studies, logos, reviews and third-party coverage that build trust.
Email and in-app campaigns that help individual work users discover team plans.
Creative briefs, testing and a steady flow of ads, working with our designer.
Attribution, dashboards and experiments that show cost per deal by channel and guide what to do next.
What We’re Looking For
At least three years in growth or performance marketing, including experience selling to businesses.
Hands-on ownership of campaigns, landing pages and copy, not only agency management.
Judgment about when paid, content, SEO or lifecycle is the right approach.
Clear, fast writing and practical use of LLMs, no-code tools and automation.
The ability to work with SQL, tracking, attribution and dashboards yourself.
Comfort making decisions before there is an established B2B playbook.
Bonus Points
Hardware-plus-subscription marketing; turning individual users into team accounts; hands-on Webflow or HubSpot; Python or scripting; or an engineering/analytics background.
Why Join Pocket?
You’ll build a marketing function around a product people already bring to work. You’ll have founder access, an experienced consumer-marketing team alongside you and a path to leading B2B marketing as it grows. Compensation includes equity.
Not the right role?
Search jobs from 47,000+ company career pages, many not on LinkedIn or Indeed.
