About Pocket
At Pocket, we’re building the future of human memory.
Some of the most valuable information in our lives disappears when a conversation ends: an idea, a decision, a detail we wish we could remember. Pocket helps us hold onto it.
We’ve built an AI-powered device that captures real-world conversations and turns them into searchable transcripts, summaries and next steps. Backed by Accel and Y Combinator (W26), we’ve already sold 500,000 devices.
Our ambition goes beyond recording. We believe the things you learn, discuss and experience can become useful context for the AI tools you already use, and for products that don’t exist yet.
About the Role
Growing an Amazon channel takes more than buying traffic. The listing has to convert, inventory has to be available, the account has to stay healthy and the economics have to work.
You’ll own that whole picture for Pocket across the U.S. and international marketplaces. This is a hands-on commercial role: you’ll work in Seller Central yourself and bring in marketing, creative, operations, finance and external specialists when needed.
What You’ll Own
Revenue, profitability and channel performance across active Amazon marketplaces.
Advertising, pricing, promotions and conversion, measured through contribution margin, TACoS, ROAS and conversion rate.
Listings, A+ Content, storefronts, merchandising and the reviews, ratings and returns that affect performance.
Seller Central operations, account health, compliance, suppressed listings and issue resolution.
FBA inventory health, replenishment, stockout risks, stranded inventory and reimbursements, working with operations.
Reporting that connects growth, spend and inventory, plus expansion into new marketplaces.
Agencies and specialists where useful, while retaining accountability for the channel.
What We’re Looking For
At least five years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience.
Personal ownership of an Amazon business generating at least seven figures in monthly revenue.
Deep Seller Central and end-to-end operating knowledge, not only PPC expertise.
Evidence of scaling advertising profitably and improving listings, pricing, promotions and conversion.
Strong FBA, inventory and fulfillment understanding, including resolving account and reimbursement problems.
International marketplace experience, analytical judgment and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
Bonus Points
Consumer electronics, international expansion, Brand Registry, DSP, Vendor Central or specialist Amazon tooling.
Why Join Pocket?
You’ll own a complete commercial channel for a physical AI product, with direct founder access and close collaboration with marketing and operations. You can connect a decision about creative, inventory or pricing to the business result, rather than optimize one metric in isolation.
