You'll join a collaborative team and work with leaders and partners at Wizards of the Coast, where your organization and judgment make a real difference every day.
Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based at our Renton, WA, United States office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
- Vice President and leaders across Business Development (BD), balancing competing requests and protecting time for top priorities.
- Own travel planning and expense processing for the leadership team, from booking through reconciliation, in line with company policy.
- Coordinate trade shows and industry events, keeping planning on track and details handled well ahead of deadlines.
- Organize high-level internal and external meetings, connecting with global and regional colleagues and partners on the VP's behalf.
- Serve as a go-to contact across our business units, building strong working relationships within the team, across Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, and with external partners.
- Improve how the team works, building simple, scalable processes and templates for scheduling, travel, and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, using sound judgment about what to share, with whom, and when.
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of Executive or Administrative Support experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders or teams at once.
- Organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines across several business units.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with senior leaders, external partners, and employees.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort learning new tools and systems on Mac or PC.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with SAP Concur or a similar travel and expense platform a plus.
- Project or event management experience a plus.
- Experience in gaming, media, or entertainment a plus.

Notice Regarding Hasbro’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process
We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.
How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. Human oversight: Talent Matching supports — but does not replace — human review. It does not automatically advance or reject candidates or make employment decisions. Hasbro’s recruiters and hiring managers review applications and remain responsible for all hiring decisions.
