In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them participate in activities they enjoy and stay engaged in their communities.

Qualifications for the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation
  • Ability to transport clients to community activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
