BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Community-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) throughout Erie County to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you'll help people build independence, participate in their communities, and achieve personal goals while forming meaningful relationships along the way.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Community-Based DSP, you will:

• Support individuals with daily living activities
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Participate in hobbies, recreation, and social activities
• Build meaningful relationships while helping individuals reach their personal goals

Pay & Scheduling

• $19.50+/hour
• Weekly pay
• Part-time opportunities with the ability to build additional hours
• Daytime and weekday schedules available
• Flexible scheduling
• Mileage reimbursement
• Opportunities available throughout Erie County

Current service areas include: Erie, Harborcreek, Wesleyville, Fairview, Girard, Lake City, North East, Waterford, and Edinboro.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to transport clients to community activities
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
