About the Role
Join a product engineering team building software for application workflows, events, and internal operations at a startup accelerator. You will own problems end to end, from understanding user needs and designing interfaces to shipping production systems.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain full-stack applications for application workflows, events, and internal teams.
Develop event tools for registration, coordination, and media handling.
Integrate with external services such as calendars, messaging platforms, and email.
Create AI and semantic search systems, including natural language interfaces and workflow copilots.
Automate scheduling, notifications, application routing, interview coordination, and status tracking.
Work with operations teams to improve workflows and build dashboards for pipeline and operational metrics.
Make product and engineering tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment, owning the user experience from discovery through deployment.
What We're Looking For
One to 12 years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
Experience owning product decisions and delivering both polished user interfaces and backend systems autonomously.
Startup or early-stage company experience, with a record of working effectively in ambiguous environments.
Recent experience building AI or LLM projects or production features.
Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, or equivalent technologies; familiarity with Python, semantic search, embeddings, and third-party APIs is useful.
Strong computer science fundamentals, demonstrated through relevant education or exceptional projects.
Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or application and CRM-style software is relevant.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $185,000 to $485,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site, five days per week, in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate nearby.
