Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is a leading global communications agency built to navigate the complexities of a hyper-connected world. We represent the icons and innovators shaping culture—from global heritage corporations and high-growth tech startups to the non-profits, creative legends, and visionary founders who define the global discourse.   Our expertise spans the full cultural spectrum. We operate at the intersection of entertainment, social impact, corporate reputation, and consumer lifestyle, executing seamlessly across traditional media, social-first outlets, brand partnerships, and influencer ecosystems. Whether we are navigating complex crisis management, elevating advocacy campaigns, or launching global consumer brands, we are storytellers at our core.   You may notice our digital presence is purposefully understated. While our clients are global household names, we believe the best work happens when the spotlight stays firmly on those we represent. We fly under the radar by design - preferring to let our campaigns, and our results, speak for themselves.   If you're driven, intentional, and ready to do good, we're ready for you!

Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis has an immediate opening for a strategic, high-velocity Account Executive to join our Talent and Influencer Integration team. You’ve been in the industry for about 2–3 years and possess a deep curiosity for how the creator economy and celebrity culture intersect to drive social change, civic engagement, and nonprofit advocacy. You are more than a PR professional; you are an impact-driven storyteller for the modern era.

This role is for the culturally obsessed who believe cultural capital should be leveraged for good. You understand that in today's landscape, public awareness and advocacy are shaped as much by an authentic creator partnership or a viral digital campaign as they are by a traditional news break or policy brief. We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who can lead the daily execution of talent strategies and help align complex nonprofit missions and humanitarian issues with the fast-moving reality of today's social-first world.

The Role:
  • Dynamic Narrative Execution: Lead daily outreach and tailored storytelling across a diverse client roster, focusing heavily on nonprofits, NGOs, and cause-oriented initiatives while supporting key entertainment and lifestyle moments. Engage talent reps, managers, and digital creators to secure impactful partnerships, ambassadorships, PSAs, and high-visibility placements.
  • Creator Economy Integration: Identify creators, tastemakers, and digital voices that drive authentic advocacy. Bridge the gap between complex issues (such as climate equity, public health, and human rights) and creator communities, while seamlessly applying those same digital-first strategies to lifestyle and entertainment projects.
  • Active Talent Outreach: Serve as a proactive, values-conscious, and persuasive pitcher across entertainment, creator, and lifestyle networks. Pitch both mission-led initiatives and lifestyle collaborations, clearly communicating the cultural and community value of every partnership.
  • Strategic Ground Game: Plan and execute logistics for diverse on-the-ground activations, from charity galas, awareness rallies, and roundtable discussions to film/TV premieres, red carpets, influencer gifting suites, and branded content shoots. Own the details—from VIP list management to on-site talent wrangling—with composure, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Content Command: Produce sophisticated, client-ready materials including creative briefs, talent itineraries, sensitive-issue briefing notes, press pitches, and digital toolkits. You are a fast, versatile writer who knows how to adapt tone from serious issue advocacy to energetic lifestyle promotion.
  • Account Stewardship: Manage the operational backbone of your accounts with precision. Lead agenda creation, recap reports, partner deliverables, and impact metrics trackers, ensuring clients—from grassroots foundation leads to entertainment executives—remain fully informed.
  • Cultural & Issue Radar: Serve as the team’s eyes and ears on the cultural  zeitgeist. Monitor news cycles, entertainment premieres, social movements, and viral platform trends to identify strategic entry points for client campaigns.
  • Relationship-Driven & Ethical Collaboration: Maintain high ethical standards and relationship integrity. Build enduring trust with nonprofit leaders, talent representatives, publicists, and digital creators alike.
  • Who You Are:
  • The Versatile Hybrid Specialist: You bring 2–3 years of experience in communications, entertainment, lifestyle PR, or social impact. You have a documented track record of securing talent partnerships and know how to pivot between serious advocacy goals and fast-paced pop culture initiatives.
  • Creator Economy Fluent: You understand the mechanics of modern influencer culture, knowing how to align a creator's personal voice with both mission-driven causes and lifestyle brand moments.
  • The Situational Strategist: You possess high emotional intelligence, sound ethical judgment, and composure under pressure. You can transition smoothly between briefing a nonprofit director and wrangling talent at an entertainment event.
  • A Discerning Researcher: You evaluate talent beyond vanity metrics. You analyze values alignment, past philanthropic activity, brand fit, and potential controversy risks to protect client reputations and ensure authentic collaborations.
  • A Fast, Multi-Tone Writer: You can synthesize dense policy or nonprofit impact reports into clear briefs just as easily as you can write an energetic pitch for an entertainment activation.
  • Entrepreneurial & Proactive: You bring initiative, creativity, and solutions to every brainstorm, finding innovative ways to bridge entertainment culture with social good.
  • You don’t HAVE to have this, but it sure would be nice:
  • Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations and time-zones.
  • Experience work with a project manager on an integrated communications teams (assisting with talent integration, media relations, social media, creative, brand integration)
  • Interests beyond influencer – we never like to stay in our lanes here and particularly like to combine entertainment and social good.
  • Previous experience using talent/influencer research tools like Celebrity Intelligence, IMDb Pro, Julius.
  • Benefits x Perks We go well beyond the benefits that you’re looking for like medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with matching, annual merit-based bonuses, PTO, fertility, FSA for medical, childcare, and commuter expenses. Eligible employees at Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis may access these benefits, along with many additional perks including, a flexible work schedule, Work from Anywhere program, Summer Fridays, Wellness Days, and a 4-week sabbatical or trip to celebrate select anniversaries.
