Reporting, Analytics & Compliance

  • Provide accurate performance reporting, financial forecasts, and timely escalation of emerging risks to enterprise leadership

  • Analyze revenue cycle trends to identify financial exposure, prioritize recovery opportunities, and recommend corrective actions

  • Maintain clear documentation of performance issues, action plans, and resolution progress

  • Ensure compliance with applicable billing regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies

What You'll Bring

  • Progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including billing, accounts receivable, collections, denials, and reimbursement

  • Demonstrated accountability for revenue cycle performance, corrective action, and operational improvement beyond reporting and analysis
