  • Analyze client, enrollment, utilization, and claims information to evaluate plan performance and identify opportunities for cost containment and program improvements.
  • Develop and distribute requests for proposals, solicit carrier quotes, and conduct market analyses for new and renewal business.
  • Evaluate carrier proposals, funding arrangements, plan designs, and pricing to develop recommendations aligned with client goals and budgets.

  • Provide ongoing guidance on employee benefits compliance requirements, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125 plans, and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Resolve service issues and advocate with carriers and vendors on behalf of clients throughout the plan year.
  • Review contracts, policies, benefit summaries, renewal documents, employee communications, and enrollment materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate client records, plan documentation, and activity tracking within agency systems and carrier platforms.
  • Identify additional products, services, and consulting solutions that address client needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues to support team development, consistent service, and continuous improvement.
