Your Role

You will be the Business Development Representative for the Italian market, part of our Outbound Marketing / BDR team in Barcelona. Your job is to find target accounts in Italy, start real conversations with them and book meetings for our Italy Account Executive. You will work with the AE on their book of business to run an account-based approach. The pipeline you build is a big part of how Youtrust grows in Italy.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts in the Italian market through calls, emails and LinkedIn.

• Qualify and book meetings, then hand off well-qualified opportunities to the Italy AE.

• Work with the Italy AE on their book of business to run account-based plays.

• Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date on activity, contacts and opportunities.

• Share what you learn from prospects, objections and messaging to improve how the team does outbound.

Your Profile

• You speak Italian at native level and English at an advanced level (C1). Spanish or French is a plus.

• You have around a year of experience as a BDR or in a similar outbound role, and you are comfortable cold calling.

• You go after new accounts without waiting to be told, and you plan your own day.

• You use AI every day to research accounts and write faster, and you still do your own thinking.

• You research an account before reaching out, and you know when an opportunity is ready for an AE.

• You handle rejection and keep going.

• You write short, clear messages and you listen more than you pitch.

• You ask for feedback, act on it, and like working as a team.

• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Recruitment Process

1. Interview with Guillhem Cambiganu, Talent Acquisition (30 min)

2. Interview with Ben Scheepers, Hiring Manager (45 to 60 min)

3. Business case and live cold call with Ben Scheepers, our Sales Manager and our Italy Account Executive (1 hour)

4. Two calls with Sara, Head of Sales, and Fanny, CRO (30 min each)

5. Team visit at our Barcelona office with Ben Scheepers and Guillhem Cambiganu (30 min)
