About Out Client:
Our client is an experiential marketing agency that helps leading consumer brands connect with their audiences through memorable experiences. Working across beauty and sportswear, the agency brings ideas to life through strategy, creative development, and execution, building activations around cultural moments, retail launches, and product introductions. With established brand partnerships and a growing beauty portfolio, the team combines strong relationships with a deep understanding of its clients’ marketing and business objectives.
The Senior New Business Development professional will source, develop, and close net-new partnerships with national beauty and sportswear brands, with a primary focus on growing the beauty business. This is an opportunity for a relationship hunter and consultative seller who can open doors, uncover opportunities, and turn strategic conversations into signed business. Once a project closes, it transitions to the agency’s experiential and creative teams for execution.

- Partner closely with the Founder & CEO and internal experts to develop compelling pitches and proposals for projects valued at $350K+.
- Own the sales process from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract signature.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to ensure projects are scoped and priced to meet profitability standards.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, revenue forecasts, and clear next steps for active opportunities.
- Coordinate a thorough handoff to the experiential and creative teams once business is secured.
- Represent the agency at industry events, prospective client meetings, and other business development opportunities nationwide.
Qualifications
- Agency experience working with beauty brands is required, ideally within experiential marketing, brand activations, or integrated marketing.
