Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.
The Role
Rogo is looking for a Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to plan, execute and measure our account-based marketing programs. You will translate approved enterprise account priorities into coordinated campaigns that help Rogo land new clients and expand within existing institutions.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will work closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Post-Sales to deliver relevant, high-quality programs for our ICP. Account selection and tiering are owned at the VP level; you will own the detailed program planning and execution against those priorities.
This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role. You should be comfortable turning a brief into a campaign plan, coordinating an executive experience, managing delivery and evaluating whether the investment advanced a commercial objective.
What You’ll Do
Program planning and execution
Translate VP-approved target accounts, tiers and priorities into actionable ABM campaign plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Partner with Sales and Post-Sales to validate buying-group information, identify engagement gaps and coordinate relevant outreach.
Execute distinct acquisition and expansion programs based on account needs, relationship maturity and commercial priorities.
Integrated enterprise programs
Plan and execute one-to-one and one-to-few programs across personalized content, paid media, email, executive outreach and events.
Translate Product Marketing’s positioning into relevant messages and offers for our ICP.
Coordinate with Field Marketing on executive dinners, VIP experiences, sponsorship activations and other high-touch programs.
Establish clear objectives, audience criteria and follow-up plans for each activation. Field Marketing owns event production; you own its integration into the account program.
Measurement and investment discipline
Agree program goals with the Director of Demand Generation and Sales, and report on stakeholder engagement, qualified opportunities, evaluations and expansion.
Partner with Marketing Operations on campaign capture and reporting, keeping sourced pipeline and influence on existing opportunities distinct.
Track program budgets, assess results and recommend what to scale, change or stop.
Document repeatable playbooks that preserve relevance and quality without making every campaign a bespoke production.
What You’ll Bring
5–8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including substantial hands-on ownership of enterprise ABM programs.
Financial-services experience, with an understanding of how banks, asset managers, private equity firms or adjacent institutions evaluate and adopt technology.
Experience building an ABM function or program from scratch, or independently owning ABM at a startup or high-growth company.
Demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales and Field Marketing teams on coordinated account programs, complex buying groups and long sales cycles.
A record of connecting marketing programs to qualified pipeline, opportunity progression or expansion.
Strong creative and editorial judgment, with the ability to deliver a premium, credible experience for senior financial-services audiences.
Strong commercial judgment: you can explain why a program merits investment and how its results should be evaluated.
Excellent project management, writing and stakeholder-management skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation and account-targeting or engagement tools.
Who You Are
You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.
You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
